Free shipping promotion is valid only to orders shipped to the lower 48 contiguous continental states.
Free shipping promotion does not include upgraded rush shipping options or the following items: ATV Ramps, ATV fenders, or any item deemed to be oversize in shipping dimension. Please call if you are unsure if your purchase qualifies.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international orders are not applicable to the free shipping promotion and are subject to shipping charges. These locations will be charged an exact UPS rate. For more info please read details below.

Free Shipping order value is calculated on the total amount of your order excluding oversized items. Oversized items may not be used as a value to reach $100. Tires are charged separate shipping fees and are considered ship alone items.

Some tire & Wheel kits may have additional charges.

Alaska, Hawaii and Foreign Orders Please Read Before Ordering:
We currently only ship to the 50 US States and Canada, all other orders will cancelled and refunded. Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian orders do not qualify for “Always Free Shipping Program”. Here’s how it works for you:

We calculate the exact size and weight and you pay us exactly what we pay. You will be contacted before your item ships for the extra amount of shipping we will be charging. MX Midwest may pay a portion of the shipping on large orders, however it is up to our staff to determine if that is possible.

Back Orders
MX Midwest maintains the largest inventory of ATV racing products and parts in our area. Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the times of your order. If this occurs, we will ship immediately upon availability. If we are unable to ship the item within a reasonable amount of time, you will be notified.

Shocks and other custom or hi-demand products:
Shocks are custom made for you, we stock them when we can but it is better to have them built as needed. It takes time, especially during the first part of race season. We also sell other parts that are custom made or in high demand such as a-arms. Some a-arms or chassis products may take up to six weeks. Please understand this before you order, it’s not our fault, that’s just the way it works.

Returns:
Always call first for authorization number.
Items must be sent back freight prepaid; no C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
All returns must be w/in 30 days from purchase.
No returns on electrical parts.
Must be in same packaging and in an unused condition.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.
